I have a question. so I found out I've been honoring loki the whole time after figuring out he was disguised as another god. but I don't know if my god phone is on silent but I never get the warm fuzzies when talking to him. I never feel anything really. But he IS there. I asked my tarot why and he said page of swords and 4 of pentacles. not sure what that means. can anyone help? :( how can I connect with him better?
Loki can sometimes take a step back when you find out it’s him, in hopes of seeing how you react and what your next step will be. Do you continue honoring him under his name now? Or do you say no to him and chose another path? Most likely, right now he is waiting for you to make the next move.As to your tarot cards. Going under the impression that they were both upright, they might mean he’s curious to how you take knowing that he came to you under someone else’s guise. Are you in control of this situation and ready to move forward? Are you secure in what you know now and want to continue? Or do you want to call it quits?Loki is giving you down time to suss out and examine what you really want to do. Step back yourself, and think if you want to continue working with him. Have you grown and gotten better since you started honoring him (even under someone else’s guise)? Do you think you’d be better off giving him up and finding someone that suits you better?Don’t be afraid to tell Loki you need time. He is patient and willing to work with you. Want to connect better? Leave him offerings under his name. Study up on the lore surrounding him. I agree with Luna’s advice. I’d also like to address the topic of godphones, since she didn’t really touch on it: everyone has different kinds of reception in their “godphone.” People get messages through different senses with varying levels of clarity. Not everyone is affected on an emotional level. Nor will Loki’s presence always show up as “the warm fuzzies” even for those capable of sensing his him in that way. Not to discourage you or anyone else from approaching him, but…sometimes he is acid. Sometimes he is knives. And he is rarely what you expect him to be. I’m not saying he’s not worth it, but that’s kind of part of the package.
Try to focus on what you’re experiencing now rather than your expectations, and you might notice things you’ve been ignoring. Not just with Loki, but in life. Ah, Loki lessons.
