Beth Israel Medical Center in New Jersey appears to have surgically removed Harvey Weinstein’s name from its campus.

In 2012, the one-time Hollywood mogul announced with great fanfare that the hospital was to open the Harvey and Georgina Weinstein National Heart and Lung Transplant Center, named after Weinstein and his fashion-designer wife.

May 7th - Daily Prayer:

Sometimes it feels as if we're on our own, Lord - if I could ask you to remind us we are never alone, not only are you omnipresent, but we have so many brothers and sisters in Christ, and we thankyou for them again and again.

We pray as one voice on the behalf of those being persecuted for reading Your word and preaching Your love, and ask that one day it will stop. May you provide us with skills necessary to make a difference and change this for your children to come.

Give us the strength to mount up with wings like eagles,to run and not be weary, walk and not faint.

Thankyou, Lord for being there through our times of struggle and giving us strength to carry on, but equally for those times when we are able to appreciate your glory in all it's fullness, when we can look around with contentment and simply stand in wonder at You.
