My first question is, how can he see with the cloth covering his eyes? Does he use his ears to listen to his surroundings, like listening to vibration? Is he blind? Is he hiding his eyes on purpose? If so, what for and why?
My last question is, is he skittish? From the art you've posted of him, he seems like a skittish fella. If he is skittish, what happened to him to make him skittish?

Three reasons.
1. To hide his identity so no one recognizes him easily.
2. On the contrary he can see TOO well. The blindfold helps him limit his sight. Makes things a bit easier to bear
3. Predator birds rely on their sense of sight so the act of covering their line of sight helps them stay calm. That’s why in falconry training they sometimes put hoods on their birds.
(This varies when it comes to AUs. For example in Poppy playtime he is legitimately blind but for BATIM it’s a bit different) ^^
And he’s kind of skittish and shy. More so when around strangers or people he doesn’t trust, in intense/dangerous situations, and in arguments. He hates confrontation, that comes from dealing with his family. If he’s around his friends like Bob who is @ireallylovepuppies101 ‘s OC (sorry for the ping) he’s a lot more comfortable and becomes a more confident guy with a sarcastic sense of humor.
