Surface Bound Skit - How Old is Mr. Junjie Yang?

The classroom is muttering and groaning about the history of China in their Chinese Language class being taught by exchange program teacher, Mr. Junjie Yang. He is under the possession of the Goon.

Mr. Yang: "Now. I want you all to take out your notebooks and begin writing your papers on the great first emperor-"

Billy: "GEEZ. After hearing all boring talk about Chinese history, you want us to write a paper on some dinosaur? What are you? A Caveman?"

Twist: "I think you're spot on Billy. Look at his skin, he looks freshly defrosted."

Trip: "If you want, I'm sure one of my mom's business partners has a big freezer you can sit in to travel the next 3 billion years."

Shorty: "Yeah! Maybe you can ride a robot just like you did a triceratops!"

Glasses: "Or try inventing the wheel again!"

Billy: "Dude… that wasn't even funny."

Glasses: "… I tried okay."

Mr. Yang, clearly fuming: "I am… not THAT OLD."

Trip: "How old are you then? 50? 70? Cause you look about the same age as my mom."

Mr. Yang: "40. I AM 40!"

Billy: "OH. So you fight any dragons then?"

Mr. Yang throws his laptop out of the window and groans incredibly loud.

W.B.: "Don’t-t worry Mr. Yang.. M-My parents are al-almost pushing 40 an-and they still d-ream about bein' y-young ag-again.. And it m-makes em sad… S-So t's fine i-if you don't want to r-remember K-K–Pg…."

Speed is wheezing

Eli, leaning over to W.B.: "I think he's about to blow a gaskit- RUN."

Mr. Yang, visibly shaking aggressively: "I WILL BURN ALL OF YOUR TEMPLES AND CROPS TO THE GROUND."

Billy: "Woah! Who here has a temple? Trip, your mum's stacked, does she?"

Trip, looking through his shattered shades: "No temple… and I think I need to visit the nurse."

Glasses: "Why are you yelling about temples and crops like you're an ancient Chinese peasant?"

Eli: "Oh I think that's pushed him-" he slips out of class while the others staggered with their flight or fight reflexes Later there's a whole line of students at the school infirmary

My Top 10 Eli and Trixie Scenes

#5: Hint of a Love Triangle

I mentioned in a previous post how I enjoy the idea of Billy having a crush on Trixie and being jealous of Eli for that in addition to Eli’s slinging skills / popularity, Trixie being disgusted by him and bluntly rejecting and/or mocking him, while Eli is annoyed by Billy but not jealous in the least because obviously Trixie would never have any interest in someone like that.

This episode was a perfect tease to that - not a take-over-the-story or in-your-face kind of plot, just enough to add some humor and cute indirect Elixie interactions - and then the viewer can take it however they like :)
