I have this headcanon in She-ra.
We know that the Hordes have many orphan kids, they have them from Soliders who died in battles and from their invadings, when they find a kid who has no one around, they keep it as a Hordes.
And they maybe become Soliders or something (they will also have cooks and Doctor's and whatever)
So I think Kyle comes from a invasion and they kept the child. And I say we know the kingdom he would come from. He came from Plumeria.
Kyle came actually from Perfumas people.
They are all blond.
Parfuma has a similar shaped body type as kyle
Kyle is skinny and not very small, like some people from Parfuma.
And he would love it there.
They all very friendly and kind.
It could be that he is a bit paler than her because where the Hordes live is not much sun.
For the next we take a close look at Loonie. We can easily tell where she came from. She came from Salineas.
They have a similar skin tone.
And we know the maker take different skin tones from kingdom to kingdom.

In case of Rogelio I'm not so sure. We see many Lizards in the Hordes. I don't know if they have a Kingdom under Hordak where Lizards life or if they all life in the crimson Waste.
But we clearly see a lot Lizards in the waste.
So it could be that he came actually from there.
Maybe all Lizards came actually from there at the beginning.
It could be the Rogelio even know his family came from crimson waste.
That would explain why the three where there, from all the places they could have hidden away.
