...what if when humans were born they were born as a skeleton and you grew your muscles, fat, skin etc. with age. So basically the womb just develops the baby skeleton and then you essentially regenerate the vital organs during the first day or so of life then the age at which you walk would be when you've grown enough connecting tendons.
