Idk how to start this but in my point of view M.C could been a good analog horror if it was about random experiences around the world with this problem about the alternate thing
just think about it, how the people of different countrys who are devoted to the catholic/christian religion would react at the fact that their belive and fate was wrong
I think that one of the parts of analog horror and horror in general is the thinking that the what happens on the screen could happen to you
But insteand we have this story about a guy in Misisipi called Adam who is actually and alternate but he didn't even know it, and it turns to be bored because now we have to see the past of this guy and it actually gets bored no matter what
But I won't deny that the visual mixed media is a great work, but doesn't change the poor narrative
This may not be to everyone's liking, but Ithink that if we go by the teories then the fake Archangel Gabriel should've the meteorite who kill the dinosaurs and is in Chicxulub where it happened so we could say that there is a chance that the serie would have more geographical sense if it was place in this place
or not, maybe also in some european country with a strong Christian faith, like Italy for example
And I know that I'm being cruel with an indie project but I think that it was more easy make this format to count the story than the one where Misisip is the principal place and the choosen one is a guy named Adam
