“The Eyes of My Mother” Mini Review

After a couple of weeks of restraining myself to watch any horror movies, i came across (i swear, it’s coincidental) “The Eyes of My Mother”. I gave it a go and i was not expecting how good the movie would eventually be.
The movie starts of very eerie with Black and White. A little girl and her mother was outside their isolated rural home. Things took an even darker turn when a man barge into their house that will change the little girls’ life forever.
As much as the black and white cinematography is concerned, the plot of the movie is even more grim. Despite the very creepy character of the girl, she can still win sympathy and has very reasonable reasons to be as strange as she is. All and all, I would recommend the film. It is not boring in any way. If you’re up to watch this, be prepared for some atmospheric and chilling moments. after all, you are to see everything in the eyes of her mother.
