System positivity goes for Hosts too btw. We are humans too. We dont drag our system down, we arent evil for not knowing our system well, we arent just the uninteresting normal part that nobody wants to see.

I feel guilty for being a Host. But we are real alters, we do a real part and hard work for our system, we're enough and are allowed to have feelings about our DID/OSDD-1.

Its hard to be in denial, its scary to be here, I dont even believe I have OSDD-1 and I for sure dont handle our life well. But I want to do my best for this system anyway, no matter how left alone I feel, because I deserve it and so do they.

They're a part of me and if I have to put in all my energy to make sure this system functions and communicates with me then so be it.

I think Im hosting wrong, like the father just joked about me putting away the dishes and I was like "yeah, sure" and he was confused i'd actually do it, then I called the mother "dude" on accident cause I was lying to her (for safety reasons) and I thought I messed up, but she didnt even blink.
