Tw: gastrointestinal issues, pain, food and discussion of ODing

My antacids aren't working (;´༎ຶٹ༎ຶ`) [they previously did]

I never take more than one every two hours [it's not overdosing]

And my throat is burning and I’m getting heartburn as well [diagnosed acid reflux]

I feel dizzy upon going from laying to sitting to standing [despite not previously feeling as dizzy or dizzy at all]

And I don’t know if it’s my eating habits, the fact that I recently had like a tablespoon of coffee, karma of raw cookie dough consumption[which for the record I do not take criticism for, if karma finally got me after 16 years then my gramma’s probably next], my stress levels [recent panic attack], or the fact that I’m wearing tights [restricting clothing can pressurize bloating which normally happens after I eat].
