Ingredients: 4 beef hot dogs. 4 hot dog buns. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup salsa. 1/2 cup guacamole. 1/4 cup chopped red onion. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1 jalapeno, sliced optional.
Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill hot dogs until nicely charred, about 5-7 minutes. Toast the hot dog buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes. Place grilled hot dogs in the buns.
