Black and white isn’t usually my jam. But every once in a while, it works. I end up a little surprised and a little delighted but most importantly, I feel connected to the images. These feel like Jon. They feel like the songs on the album. They feel like those shitty grey days in Asbury Park when the snow is melting and it’s just mixed with fucking gravel and half the letters on the GREETINGS FROM ASBURY PARK sign are out.
