Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup chopped onions. 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tbsp sriracha sauce. 4 burger buns. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. Salt and pepper to taste. Vegetable oil for frying. Chili crunch condiment.
Instructions: Put ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onions, chopped red bell pepper, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Put vegetable oil in a pan and heat it over medium-high heat. Fry the burger patties for three to four minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Set the patties aside while you make the spicy mayo sauce. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce together. Put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty when they are almost done, and then put the lid on the pan to melt the cheese. Toasted the burger buns in the pan or on a different pan until they got a little brown. Cover each bun half with the spicy mayo sauce. This will help you put the burgers together. After the sauce, put a lettuce leaf on top of it and then a tomato slice. The cheesy burger should go on top of the tomato slice. Spread the chili crunch sauce on top of the patty.
