Garuda is the bird that Vishnu rides on. A powerful creature with the ability to fly without ever needing to land, flying endlessly, these magical birds never tire, because they have learned how to ride the wind. As Garuda rode the wind In Hot27 and HotYasa as we practice Eagle we can ride the energy of the pose.
