So blessed to have my friend @heidiparrow join the Hot Yoga University team! 💗 We became friends many years ago while I was a Bikram teacher and she was a Scottsdale policewoman. She she would stop by the studio I managed while she was on her beat and then she began practicing hot yoga. She soon retired and became a Bikram teacher at very same time that I left Bikram yoga to create HYU. 😍 With some divine guidance we finally get our chance to work and teach together and we are going to make the most of it! 🙏🏻You can find Heidi at 6am on Tuesday's and on the sublist to start.
