The Starks are the only house that’s constantly saying their house words. I just noticed that. (In the show, at least) no other family finds as many excuses to say them! The Starks say theirs so much, though! From Robb’s “tell lord Tywin Winter is coming for him,” to Aryas “Winter came for house Frey,” hell even Catelyn throws it out mid conversation with her “they are the knights of summer, and Winter is coming.” And she wasn’t even born a stark!
You don’t see the Lannisters running around saying “Hear me Roar” every ten seconds. Renly Baratheon wasn’t casually ending sentences with “and, as you know, Ours is the Fury.”
“Growing strong” “our blades are sharp” “as high as honor” They never say theirs! Only in the context of These Are Our Words, and even then it’s barely mentioned. A lot of houses we see on screen don’t say their words at all! The only other one I can think of is Dany’s one “with Fire and Blood” line.
Basically what I’m saying is the Starks are canonically super dramatic and very aware that they have the coolest house words.
