Okay so when his moon is in pisces and my venus is in pisces this also doesn't mean anything? I read it somewhere but I get confused what synastry is and what not and what means something and what not😅

A synastry chart has also aspects. You can see in this hart that the outer chart person’s Mars is right next to the inner chart Person’s Mars, so it is in conjunction.
