I tried to make wassail using a recipe from/by How2Drink. I think I might have messed up... maybe? It turned out pinker than what How2Drink/Greg. It was still delicious. I will make it in the future and perfect.

It seems like someone should come up with various size citrus squeezers that are stackable like bakeware. Also, I always wondered why there isn't one that uses body weight to squeeze the juice into the Jigger rather than grip strength. It seems simple enough to up the Torque for bigger fruits and work for more people.

My two go-to Mocktails are Pinacoladas and Mojitos, and when I do a Mockojito (fauxhito) at home, I use an Indian Tonic instead of soda water. 

 When I was in the Alchemy Bar on the Carnival Miracle Cruise Ship, the Mixologist made a bunch of incredible drinks just for me to try my favourite was a very strong fresh Ginger Mocktail. I honestly wish I got the measures off him.
