how has everyone been?
How are you?
How are you? A question I always ask myself. Life is unpredictable, isn't it? Sometimes everything makes you happy, and sometimes it punches you and slaps you with sadness. Can a simple "how are you" make any difference?
If I say I'm not fine, will it make me alright? Will the thorns within my heart be gone? Every day is an invisible fight that I am facing; it makes me tired and makes me want to take a break for a bit and have a good rest in a place where peace lives.
I hope you are all doing fine. When I was a kid, I wanted to grow up and help my parents with our daily expenses. But now that I am an adult, I no longer know what to do with my life. I'm not still capable of doing anything; sometimes I think I am useless.
Even when I think about this, I still want to go on in life and see my future. Life must go on, shield its punches with prayers. Be strong, girl!
how are you all?
BTS Speak Yourself The Final Tour Day 1
It was so lovely to see BTS through the Vlive streaming at home in Seoul. I’m happy for K-Armys who have probably waited for this for a long time. And it was great to see BTS comfortably speaking in Korean of course it was difficult to understand without the Vlive translation.
What made me really emotional and touched me was RM’s speech at the end. Here’s a link of the English translation (by @doyou_bangtan on Twitter:

As expected of our leader, Kim Namjoon, his speech delivered his love for Armys and also Armys love for Bangtan. I love what he said about not liking the phrase: “How are you?” because I can relate to that.
I, too don’t really like it when people always ask that. It’s such a generic phrase you know, we use it so much that it doesn’t seem to be about what the other person is feeling anymore. It’s more of a filler that comes after ‘Hello’. That’s part of why I don’t like it.
Another reason is that I never know how to answer. Because, like how RM said, ‘saying that “I’m doing well” isn’t saying “there’s really been nothing to speak of, and no difficult events, and so I’ve been doing well.”’ There’s so many layers to how I’m usually feeling that just saying “I’m doing well” doesn’t really cover it for me. And “I’m doing well” is usually the shorter, easier, and expected answer to the “How are you?” question. Regardless, I do understand that it’s not that deep either to just say “I'm doing well” and go.
Seeing RM put it like that in his speech made me relate a lot and I feel more comfortable with the idea that “I’m doing well” can symbolise so much more than what these three words can convey on a superficial level.
So, from now on, I’m doing well through all I go through and all I experience and I know BTS is too. And I know you who are reading this is too, whether you’ve read this far or not.
To commemorate The Final Love Yourself Speak Yourself Tour, I say to you, BTS, all my loves: ‘How are you?’
