🌮🌮It's Week 5 of our #TacoTuesdayChallenge!🌮🌮 This week we bring you cherry cola pulled pork tacos. Pulled pork rubbed with @HeatRilesBBQ Cherry Rub. We made guacamole with @MeatChurch Dia De La Fajita, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and @505Southwestern flame roasted green chilies. We started with street taco tortillas cooked on our @Blackstoneproducts griddle. ❤️🧇I just love breakfast on our day off... Seann usually puts on the chef hat for breakfast and lets me sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee or two. #IAmBlessed This morning he made green chili waffles topped with ham and eggs. He started by mixing @505southwestern flame roasted green chilies into the waffle batter. He made ham and eggs on our @Blackstoneproducts Adventure Ready griddle. The ham was some leftover we had in the freezer from the double smoked peach glazed ham we made on Easter. He made the eggs sunny side up and seasoned them with @avogel_usa Herbed Sea Salt and black pepper. He topped the waffles with the ham, eggs, and some @505southwestern flame roasted green chilies. Sometimes you gotta make lemonade out of lemons. 🍋🍋 Things don't always turn out the way you plan. 🤷🏼‍♀️ This morning we were excited to make our first stuffed fatty on the smoker. Well, that didn't go as planned. Plan B.... Cooked up some maple sausage, lots of veggies & seasoned them with @HeatRilesBBQ Garlic Jalapeño rub, scrambled up some eggs & seasoned them with @avogel_usa Herbed Sea Salt. Mixed it all together and made breakfast burritos. To top them off, I made some delicious milk gravy. We think it was the best tasting milk gravy I've ever made. Poured milk gravy over the burritos and topped the gravy with some @505southwestern flame roasted green chilies. Oh man, that's some good stuff!!! 🌮🌮Bring on week 3 of our #TacoTuesdayChallenge This week we made buffalo chicken sausage tacos. They were delicious! We smoked the sausages for a couple hours on our @GrillaGrills Chimp, then finished them off on our @Blackstoneproducts griddle. One adjustment we've made since starting our weight loss journey is switching out sour cream for fat free Greek yogurt. Tonight we mixed some Greek yogurt, @505Southwestern flame roasted green chilies, and @MeatChurch Dia de la Fajita seasoning to top the tacos... Seann loved it. He said it would make a great veggie dip. We are really enjoying our #TacoTuesdayChallenge & we've gotten some great feedback from y'all.
