Cheese steak lunch on the Blackstone. I donāt know of many cooking devices that can whip up this level lunch for 8 people in next to no time. 4.5lb of top sirloin seasoned with kosher salt and pepper, then placed in a freezer bag over night. 3 very large green peppers. 8 cooking onions. Another unbelievably neglected cooking device in my collection finally got some much needed attention. Monday I got a box of wire wheels and stripped the rust and seasoning from my Blackstone. Last night I reseasoned it, and tonight it made some amazing mozzarella smash burgers. Iām pumped that I finally had the time to get this one back in action, itās such a handy one to have. Last weekend I did 40 smash burgers for a quick lunch while everyone played cornhole. I havenāt stopped thinking I do a mix of of 60% medium ground beef and 40% ground pork then season with kosher salt and pepper.
