Surviving Grief

Here is a piece of my History, to understand me, this read will give you an insight into what made me today and where i am in my life! Things are never easy, life is a tricky game, as old as time itself, im a very free thinking person, be whatever, be whoever, do what you want, each action a consequence, but live for the now and enjoy the world and your life while you can, as i know from great experience that your whole world can be turned upside down in the blink of an eye! relish every moment you have!

This is a piece of my life.....

I lost 10 people in 2 years, grandparents aunties, uncles, friends, all of them gone before i wished they had, but in my heart i always believe it was meant to be in a way, but my love lives strong for all of them, i am spiritualist and each and everyday i know that they are around me! I am the person that will carry their legacy into the future so that the next generation of my family will know who they were! What they did and just know that the people they never met would and will always love them, no matter here or not, when someone is taken from our lives, its sad, i was depressed, upset, angry but through it all, the memories of my families loved ones, mothers, fathers, brothers, daughters, uncles, aunties, cousins all of which i lost, your lives will always be remembered by those of the family who witnessed you live! Knowledge of you will be passed through our family for generations to come!!!

Loss is pain, its grief, its something id wish on no one in the world, but i hope that someone can take comfort in me saying that, with time, the heartache will ease, the pain will hurt less, but the memories and moments in our lives that these people touched will be treasured by us who carry on, when someone is taken from us they are never truly taken as yes in 2 years our family had so much heartache, pain, loss, destruction, devastation and suffering! But through that came light of my 3 beautiful little cousins! My gorgeous niece, my new nephew! Life is a continuous cycle! Mourn everyone you have ever lost, appreciate every moment you ever have with someone, be there for whoever, try whatever and indulge yourself with everyone who enters your life, one day they will not be there, but the lasting impressions will always be there, to all my family members who now are no longer with me, i feel you all everyday, i know your around me, i feel and know the love you had for me!  Loss is hard but harder then loss is the realization of knowing that persons voice, smell, laughter will never be there again, people can be immortal! We are all immortal, our lives happen and we come and go, generations have been and gone, families formed and then destroyed, but people will live forever in the memories of the ones still living! Never forget, yet never linger on the pain, the pain will destroy the soul, focus on the good you had with them, the moments, the life they lived! Celebrate that they existed! In the end we! All of us living, made it into existence! All of us are here in the now!! All of us have a reason! I guess my message is just keep moving forward, have down days, lord only knows i have down days and become overrun with emotion, but with that i think, they would want me to live,life can be taken from each and every one of us! We are not invincible, we are organic tissue, we are born, we live, we die, just exist! Dont waste the time you have here on this planet! Before you know it, its gone or someone is taken from you! I say this to the world! And hope it helps people, just live, remember loved ones lost, but more then anything, keep moving forward with your life! They would want you too! My love to anyone and everyone! Lets live for those that sadly can no longer live there lives, keep the legacy of your lost ones going by keeping them alive in our heads and hearts! That for me is the way i manage to survive!

P.s. sorry this is so long and hope it helps and touches you all, my love and my family know loss, we know the pain, heartache and upset that you all have been through, its hard, its an uphill struggle, but LIVE!! We all deserve the right to that, to live and enjoy every moment we have here with the loved ones around us, the people we interact even the people in the streets!
