Dinner & Diatribes — If you could go to a restaurant with any one of your characters, who would it be?

Thanks for the ask! Probably Noah from November Breaks because he would have the best taste in restaurants and would get genuinely excited about really good food. He's also very manners'n'etiquette about things (when he's not killing people) which I find super calming because it takes the stress out of social situations for me.

Moment’s Silence- What do you find beautiful about the situation you’re in now?

I think that regardless of the struggles I’ve been going through the past 6 months to a year, I’ve always been surrounded by people who genuinely love and care about me. That’s a beautiful, wonderful feeling.

- Moment’s Silence- What do you find beautiful about the situation you’re in now?

This is actually really hard for me to answer because my depression doesn't want me to see shit in a positive light, but I'll try. Probably that I finally have my first covid vaccine, so I definitely feel safer and am a step closer to hugging my family and friends without worries again.

- NFWMB- Is there anything you would protect with your life?

100% my best friend and my family. Nothing material I can think of tho, I don't really own anything of big value

I was raised catholic, baptized in the religion and as a young child I wanted to become a priest. But I became very radicalized because I learn women couldn't be priests in that for of the religion, and I refused to be a nun, so I, at the age of like 8, became agnostic real quick lmao. I wasn't having ANY of the misogynistic bulletin. Fast forward to now and I am a beginner witch, and pretty spiritual. So I'm the exact opposite of what my grandmother wanted me to be, but whatever I like this alot better than catholicism.

- Be- Have you changed much as a person in the last year?

Yeah, I really fell into Star Wars again and it has become a key part of my personality lmao, jk....unless. I have taken the time to realize who I am, and have just realized I am alot gayer than I first thought, and alot more "radicalized" to the far left, you know wanting everyone to be happy, healthy, and EQUAL, oh and how much I HATE capitalism :)

- Dinner and Diatribes- What’s your favorite food?

Loaded question here....I'm a sucker for a good pastry, like I'd die for a good scone rn. But my favorite food, one that I want all the time, is Miso Soup.

Moment’s Silence- What do you find beautiful about the situation you’re in now?

Seven billion people in the world, and yet there's so much beauty we haven't seen and knowledge we don't know yet. And there are those few people who are fascinated by it, and pursue it and cherish it. I find that beautiful.

Cherry Wine- Do you have a sweet tooth?:

Yes a major one but I can barley have any sugar or sweets now because the medication I'm on have made me gain alot of weight and it's dangerous for my joints as they can't too much weight.

Shrike- What’s your favorite bird?:

This is a hard one because I am a bird person. but also not hard because Cockatoos are where my heart's at. i don't think i will ever own one because I have sound sensitivities but they are by far my favorite animal and bird.

Moment’s Silence- What do you find beautiful about the situation you’re in now?:

Yes. I truly believe that if you stay positive you can find things about your situation. I think my mini forest I live in and the surrounding farm fields are extremely beautiful. I think my marriage is also beautiful.

- Shrike- What’s your favorite bird?

Becca this is so hard i love birds

Probably the strawberry finch, or the quetzal, or the crow. ugh it’s too hard.

- Sedated- What time do you go to sleep?

I start getting ready for bed around 9. If I’m lucky I’m asleep by 9:30, if I’m bad I’m asleep by 11.

- In A Week- How do you want to die?

I know this is cliche, but of old age, surrounded by friends and family. Peacefully and painlessly.

Almost- Do you ever dance alone to music?

Literally every day. It’s incredibly rare for me to not have music playing at all times, and if I’m alone in my room, I will dance along to it. Or in my car. Or in my kitchen. I think the answer I’m looking for is yes. 

Cherry Wine- Do you have a sweet tooth?

I feel like I should be the type of person to have one, but actually no! I can only have small amounts of sweets as a time, though I am a slut for sour candy. But I actually tend to favor savory things ☺️

To Noise Making- Do you like to sing?

Yes! I used to make my own music and would sing in it, but its been years since I’ve done that. I sing in my car if I’m driving by myself, and always sing along to oldies jazz if its on. This doesn’t mean I am a good singer by any means, but I think it’s fun! I wish more people would just sing to stuff they enjoy without feeling that weird societal pressure to be Beyonce at all times.
