fucking magnets, how do they work?
There are two basic rules for magnets, basically:
1. Like attracts like. This is the easy one.
2. Unlike attracts like. This is the harder one.

one of the many reasons I haven't moved out of my parents' house yet is they have a standing mixer with all the attachments and if I moved I'd lose access to it :(
GOD ur so fucking valid. some things... some things are worth the sacrifice...
oh hey is that. is that our measure of adulthood. are we successful adults if we can afford our own stand mixers now.
is "the dinghy" your jonmartin tag? if so why??
It is!
When I first joined this fandom (end of season three-ish) "jonmartin" hadn't yet taken over as the dominant ship name. "The dinghy" was the original ship name, and though it was well on its way out by the time I came along, it still existed on enough people's blogs for me to identify and adopt it as a method of referring to the ship. I've stuck with it since then because I like to keep all my posts under consistent tags, and I have neither the time nor the inclination to go back through 1,000+ posts changing over the tags just to keep current with the fandom.
I believe "the dinghy" originated from the fact that for the first several seasons, the shipping side of this fandom was very small in comparison to the red-string brigade, so instead of having a portmanteau ship name they went with a pun: very small ship = dinghy.
that shirt is incredible
thank you, it was inspired by bad tshirts i found on amazon
hey i've noticed you haven't been posting, is something up?
I have stopped paying for the server on which the blog automation is run, so this tumblr will no longer update.

Today in cooking self-study, we’re making beef stroganoff. Beef stroganoff: you know it from manga and anime. You cut the onions vertically in two; you cut the tomatoes horizontally in two. It doesn't have to be beef, just sprinkle wheat flour on it. Put mushrooms in with the onions. Boil it with milk. A rendez-vous with pepper and salt, a touch of sour cream, and it's done! The boys don’t know it but it’s surprisingly easy. Today in cooking self-study, we’re making beef stroganoff. Beef stroganoff: you know it from manga and anime.
Hmm . . . I want to say I know a little bit about beef stroganoff, but envisioning it in manga and anime doesn't ring any bells for me
