What if : Magical Creatures

What if the creatures on the Hogwarts House flags presented more than just aspects of their personality? Suppose that there was something more to it. If they, themselves, merged with the forms of the House Emblem. Thus; Gryffindor: Lion-centaurs. Little lion cubs basically since they are still kids. Large paws, gangly limbed lions because they are teenagers. Ravenclaw: Angels or winged-like beings. They are judging you. Not for any particular purpose just don’t ask them why. Slytherin: Naga (male) or Lamia (female). Having no legs would be a downside to some, but these guys can swim better than the other houses, cross difficult terrain, and are skilled climbers. Just don’t ask for a hug. Hufflepuff: Were-badger. (Creative, I know but I’m open to suggestions) most human one out of the bunch, ergo, the most challenging and sensitive. They help the other houses with tasks they can’t accomplish and enjoy their company... I’m inspired.

So I found this post on instagram and shared it with my... "boyfriend"... and he laughed really hard.

It's hilarious, of course. Then I said, imagine if the two people were in separate houses though? Being that he is a Hufflepuff and I'm a Ravenclaw, it would be a trip.

Imagine casting it in your common room and nothing happens so you cast "Finite Incantatum" and go about your day a little down. Then you think, what if I cast it in the Great Hall or in a hallway / The grand staircase? [Cue student flying across the great hall to another table, knocking their soulmate off their seat]

I told him that if I cast it, I would hope that he lands in my lap. I'd be a blushing mess but I'd also kiss him all over his face.
