deathly hallows rewatch

i was doing SO WELL. i hardly actually cried. there were a few tears shed, a bunch of shuddering breaths and lots of sniffling. but not sobbing.

i had just gotten to harry snapping the elder wand when i was like "okay. no. i'm going to be fine. it's over. nothing has changed. i'm... good."

but then i got to the epilogue. and they played leaving hogwarts. and harry passed on his tradition of him saying the last line of the movie to his son (i don't care if that was intention or not). and that chocolate frog.

and i broke down. i was back to my hyperventilating, gasping for breath and sobbing. i'll never get over this.
