No one talks enough about the scene in the bathroom after the awards when Shane is making the most ridiculous eye contact and Ilya is just moving him around by his chin
LIKE ITS SO GOOOOD
My hot take is that a lot of fans get way too bent about Hayden. Partly because the friction is mutual and Ilya is a grown man who can handle himself, partly because Hayden's perspective is limited by the external persona Ilya presents, partly because they eventually develop camaraderie (even if the sniping persists) so clearly it's not that serious to them.
But more than anything, if you don't see the comedy gold of someone's husband and best friend constantly taking cheap shots at each other while the shared loved one is stuck in between, then i dunno how to help you. It's the kind of childish beef that's a staple in comedies and sitcoms. This is mutual white boy-on-white boy crime over the pretty wasian and you expect me to not enjoy it? Hollanov + Hayden's dynamic is basically this and I eat it up
just spent 15 minutes of my break at work making this

Ilya Rozanov strikes me as the kinda guy who watched and loved Naruto as a kid and then rewatched it as an adult and suddenly unlocked the true meaning of life
