At The Learners’ Academy, we believe that each an every child is unique. He/She is blessed with unique set of qualities and we need to improvise on those qualities. We like to teach what the students like to learn. Being a tuition, we have constrains, however we give our best at teaching each and every student giving a special emphasis on his/her subject of interest. This helps the students to resolve their curiosity and helps us to enhance that uniqueness of the child, eventually, helping the child to improvise in all other aspects of life.
However, we come across many parents and teachers who try to compare children on the same scale. It feels sad to hear, but we need to accept that it happens. We think this attitude toward learning is the biggest failure of our educational system and it is our moral responsibility as a parent, a guardian, a teacher, a mentor or a tutor to support the child in whatever way possible to pinpoint and enhance that particular quality in which he/she excels.
The time has come to rise above the convention thinking and restraining the children from dreaming. The time has come to set them free to choose their own dreams, their own flights and theirs own skies. The time has come when we stop being judgemental about their abilities.
As a parent, a guardian, a teacher, a mentor, a tutor, let us strive to enhance those unique qualities that our children have. Let us make this a New Years Resolution, so that the upcoming year would be fantastic for our children as well as for us.
Happy New Year to all, and hope our efforts will help at least few children to achieve their dreams.
