One of the entries to the brewing contest. One of the best, in my opinion, that’s why I traded some of our Eichenweiße with the Sourpower.
It’s not too sour and quite sweet and yoghurt-like (because that’s where the lactic acid bacteriae came from) Perfect for summer evenings!
There is a story about a brewmaster who came to a brewery to fight against an infection. After some time he could eliminate the unwanted microbes. But what was the reaction of the customers? “There’s a new brewmaster, the beer doesn’t taste good anymore!”
