My kiddos decided it would be fun to throw half of the rice in the sensory table on the floor. They helped clean up a little. I had to get a whole bunch up during naptime using a kid sized broom and dustpan.
I finally got to vacuum at the end of the day. I had never seen so much rice
Needless to say, the rice table was closed for the rest of the day.

tried to make pates de fruits but was impatient and didn’t boil it long enough to hit temp, so it did not fully set, to my great and unpleasant surprise when I attempted to flip it out of the pan to slice
I received an anonymous message that made me tear up (I think I know who she is). People can be so kind it hurts, and now I don't know what to do
Actually I could never publish an original story where it's the small and humble who save the world because the ten millionth 'fan' would fixate on some random side character who is big and strong and hot and waves a sword around and I would simply strangle them to death on the spot and get arrested for murder.
Guess who was cleaning her bathroom and the shower door got off it’s track and as she tried to put it back in place, the glass door completely shattered on her, while she was holding it.
Me: *attemps to make hot chocolate*
Me: *succeeds in making a mess*
