Before the cult, yes, they wore trousers with 4 large pockets and a tunic, but after the cult the goat doesnt want to wear those kinds of things as they consider their former self as weak

Before the goats were hunted, they were a pacifist. They sincerely believed in peace and trying to solve things without violence. Once they died though, they were so scared and angry that their ideology got flipped on its head as soon as they received the crown.
