I actually fiddled a bit with this drawing, you can check the old version in the end! At the time I liked it quite a bit, but as the time passed I started being more and more unable to stare at it without getting shivers down my spine, poor sea fairy 🤕🤕
Nonetheless!!! I still like the pose and the vibe (ig 😭?) a lot so I decided to at least try to fix a bit the face and see what happens, and I think now it’s not as painful to look at!! I’m happy to know there was some type of progress somewhat this last year.

Garlic ⁝ Vampire Cookie

The library was silent, the books were all neatly stacked on their shelves and you were sitting happily at your little desk, the computer humming loud enough that it cut through the silence like a butter knife through... well, butter, but that also meant that the time was growing nearer, that the familiar red-haired male would eventually make his appearance in the library despite it being shut.
Sighing as you tapped your fingernails against the leather-bound cover of the book, your eyes flickered towards the clock that hung up in the darkness, barely able to read the numbers that reflected off the low light from the computer.
It was almost 10 at night; he should be here by now.
With a gentle sigh as you pulled yourself from your desk, you knew full well what was about to happen and yet you braced yourself the same every time, waiting with bated breath as you listened carefully in the darkness, wondering if the man would decide to use the feet that had a habit of dangling just off the ground, though as you squinted into the darkness, you didn't notice the dull hands pulling from the darkness behind you, though you defiantly felt them once their icy fingertips met your shoulders causing you to jump slightly with a start.
"Boo, got you again, librarian." Vampire, a man that spent the majority of his time in the dark when he wasn't with his sister, a man that spent the majority of his time sipping on juice and floating around in a lazy daze, Vampire, the man that was floating around you now as if he was swimming on his back, a single eye opened and twinkling with easy delight at your reaction. As per usual, his glass was with him and frankly, you don't even want to ask if he washes it as you feared the answer.
"Vampire, it is near midnight and you're aware that the library is shut at this time."
"Not for those seeking shelter or to sleep. It's just the front desk and loaning that's shut." Well, he was correct, your eyes shifting over to one of the computer nooks, catching glimpse of a man sitting at a computer as he typed away, knowing that he was struggling to put together his resume, and the only reason most of the lights were off was so then those that had come to sleep could at least get some sleep before they would have to wake in the morning.
Then you noticed the smell of something... burnt.
"Vampire, did Alchemist-?"
"A simple accident, frankly we should've been more careful about what we put into our food." Pressing your lips together, you pulled the vampire closer by the ear, bringing him closer to the light of the computer monitor as you looked at his mouth; it wasn't just burnt, but it looked like it had begun to blister with how bad whatever he had eaten had done.
Then you smelt something on his breath.
"Garlic. You ate garlic?"
"I frankly thought I had put in ginger, but I was mistaken; Alchemist is only a halfling so she can expose herself to garlic more than I." Vampire's reasoning must've sounded reasonable to him, but as he watched you begin to snicker, he raised a perfectly trimmed eyebrow in response before he began to hear you... laugh. Now, he was usually the one to laugh and pull jokes on you, but this was different — not only was this the first time that you had laughed around him, but it was because of him that you were laughing.
His pointed ears dropped slightly in awe, maybe he should eat more garlic often if it meant seeing you laugh.
I dont like his silly little shirt in game so i changed it lol, hes allowed to show a little bit of moob ig.
Basically i added more ruffles to his collar, the bottom of his shirt, n the sleeves n then changed the color of the shirt cause the straight up black was like a super big slap n the face. N i also changed the little charm at the bottom of his boob window.
He was fun to draw ig maybe ill doodle him again soon,, or maybe ill draw red velvet cause i like him lots idk yet
