Another seldom seen character of mine to finish off this roundtable of characters. I've been calling him "human friend" in my files since I never figured out a name for him, and at this point it looks like it'll stay that way :p

HF is a knight from the neighboring land of Tír na nÓg, being deployed as a guard for Prince Kyrie of Solanir. He, the prince, and the prince's lord in waiting became fast friends to the very end.

Be mostly specific. ie.

“Yes. I bought this with legal, tender, money that was acquired legally”

“It was the logical choice, it was the obvious choice, and I would still rather peel my human skin off than do it.”

"I met with a friend who is alive”

“I had been lucky to catch him on the way back after a meal appointment with his human friends.”

"I went to the still standing, not-burned home of my enemies”

“I scanned through it quickly, making sure there weren’t any good views of my human face.”

This vampire cannot sleep, so they work a bunch of graveyard shifts for pocket money/rent.

Anytime their human friend needs something at night, they somehow manage to run into each other.

"... I thought you worked at *fast-food place*??? "

"I do."

"And last week you were working at *fast-food place #2*"

"I still do, yeah."

"So you work at *something-mart* too?"

"Yup."

"... Anywhere else...?"

"I saw you getting ice cream at 1:00 AM last night. I was busy in the back, so I couldn't say hi. BTW, nobody should be eating that much ice cream that late. I'm concerned."

"What!?"
