so im rereading - untitled by @colormetheworld for i don’t know the umpteenth time and im at the chapter were they go to speak to Katherine at her grave and talk about how the girls are doing. And im a hysterical sobbing mess. Again! and its not real, its fiction but the whole world is fucking awful and America voted to shut its doors to desperate human people today and a transwoman killed herself in a male jail and thousands of people are dying everywhere for no fucking reason and i’m so fucking privileged to have a family and a home and my shitty shitty job. And im so fucking sad all the time and lost and confused and just struggling to find the good this week. So i really need to be reading something that doesn’t almost physically pain me with its sadness but its just too real and powerful.
