Today I got a surprise in the mail from @pictureofsoph1sticatedgrace that is probably the most thoughtful gift I’ve ever received.

These are HOMEMADE bath bombs, one for each chapter of Bite-Size Love.

I am so incredibly grateful, floored, and just can’t believe I have such an amazing friend who has been there every step of the way in plotting and writing this story.

There is a such thing....

it can happen, you can overcome. The thing you have to accept is that you are always going to be going through something that will require you to overcome. It’s ok! 🙌🏼 💯 Really! 💕

And that is the secret....acceptance...awareness. When you have become aware of what is really in front of you....not the noise but the 1 thing right in front of you....you CAN do it.

Get up! Get up already! I know your hurt, I know your u pain. You are not alone. You are evolving and it can be painful....embrace it! Find your tribe and ride the journey. You may grow apart from a few or tribes may change as others evolve themselves but that is what makes it so beautiful. We weren’t meant to live this live with the same 10 people in our lives.

Get up! Reach out! Touch someone! Use technology! Embrace the journey and allow yourself to evolve!
