Siren Sterek au. That show is so good.

Legend has it that Beacon Hills was once home to mermaids. Now, this coastal town has a mysterious new visitor, a boy named Derek, who may just prove that all of the stories are true. 

Derek catches the eye of local marine biologist Stiles, and when he begins to show interest, fellow marine biologist Scott becomes suspicious.

Others in town, like deep sea fisherman and hunter Chris Argent, are on a quest to discover the truth that is out there, and Claudia, Stiles’ mother and town eccentric who no-one believes becasue of her dementia, knows more about the mysterious creatures than she lets on. 

The battle between man and sea takes a dangerous route as these predators seek to claim their birthright.

When Stiles went out to a party on the last weekend of summer she didn't expect to be attacked. She didn't expect for the wired bite she got from some wolf thing would make her turn into a werewolf!! And she sure as hell didn't expect for one of her best friends to be one along with her whole family. So really it's not her fault that she fell for her best friends Cora's hot uncle who is a senior because she has to spend so much time with the Hales because of the bite. And then it's really Peter's fault for bringing his stupidly hot hunter boyfriend around, it's totally Peter's fault she fell in love with Chris Argent.

Now, all ahe has to do is hid it and get over the fact that they both smell so amazing! While also hiding WEREWOLVES from her DAD!

Monster Au Headcanon:

Anytime Josh wanted to do something Jess didn’t she would start complaining, and Josh would yell at her every time, “Technically you’re still our prisoners, so shut up!” This continued even after Jess decided to willingly stay with them, and when Mike joined, he would shout the same to him.

Now it’s just a reoccurring joke Josh makes, and he even calls Chris their “prisoner” when he doesn’t want to do something Josh does

Monster AU Headcanon:

Chris has a journal that has everything he knows about monsters on it. He kept the thing updated and adds more details based on what he learns about the monsters her befriends. He also writes mostly condescending/rude comments about them in it (he doesn't realize their mean of course) and little doodle of them. 

Josh and Jess refer to it as his diary, and when they saw what he wrote about them, they added a page for a “new monster” they discovered call “the hunter” and they wrote things like, “Has an inflated sense of skill considering this human and can barely do a pull up.” “Thinks he’s funnier than he actually is. Reasons for this not know, needs further observation”
