1: my Damian was raised by Talia only (who is a good mom; based off of pre Morrison)
Yes she also gave him training but when he is at a acceptable age
Like main comics Damian drove at 5, my Damian drove around age 9-10.
It’s unknown what age he learned guns but I say at least the basics around 8 1/2

I say when the kids were becoming of age and developing powers (around 8-10) the former YJ and now Titan members: Kon el, Timmy Drake, Bart Allen and Cassie Sandsmark bought them together (Kon’s idea) and trained them in the old base of Mount Justice
Side note: the kids did know each other since babyhood
