Monday: sparring
Tuesday: cardio (exercising around a park in bludhaven)
Wednesday: weapons training (bat gadgets)
Thursday: yoga
Friday: half a day learning detective stuff
Saturday: chill day
Sunday: a couple hours of patrol (easy ones like robberies, getting cats out of trees, etc none of the hardcore stuff like murders and prison breaks)
I say mostly their parents, sometimes tim and his friends (Kon gets beat up for comic relief lol)
