Aphtober: day 6: Transformation

When Markus strikes Irene down he goes through a transformation. A bastardization of the sword, the relic, and he all go through a vast range of different processes.

The relic is ripped from Irene and cracked by Markus’s sword and sending Irene back to her dimension without a relic and without a way to get back to earth unless someone opened the Irene dimension and let her out.

The sword that hit the relic fused to the relic and became the staff of Irene in a harsh left turn kind of way.

This then finally sent Markus into a little pocket dimension. Since he originally didn’t have a relic and still technically didn’t. But he was now a part of the relic which was a part of the sword which was a part of him.

Markus became a human god.
