You know how people give those names to ships that isnt just their names mixed together

I say we call the Glamtime ship Decapitation

… cause you know Glamrock Freddy gets beheaded (in one of the endings and in his ruin form) and in CTW Funtime Freddy decapitates Millie

Hmmmm, I have ship name proposals for the GS fandom.

- hidden strength / book brawns / brawn for brains (bruce x geronimo) (I personally think brunilton is funny but like guys...)

- springbuds (petunia x geronimo) (they both have something to do with spring ^^)

- lavender blue (if we're being unoriginal) / sweet-travels / roamance (thea x petunia)

- writerspoet (scribblehopper x geronimo)

- haunted news ? (creepella x petunia)

alternatively, ghoulish letters (geronimo x creepella) (since she likes sending him letters)

- athletes finder ? tf.??? / hyenpothesis (haha see what I did there) (bruce HYENa x hercule)

I ran out of ideas, you don't have to use any of these, I'm so ass at names (also, extras are added later in reblogs)

I know there's Ragatha/Pomni shippers out there [more power to you] but I am confounded by one thing:

Why did y'all decide on RagPom as a ship name when LolDoll was right there?

The Jax/Pomni mob have "Funny Bunny" after all, so why not, yknow?

I know it makes little to no sense in terms of ship names, but whenever I think of a ship name for Showtime Steve and Glamrock Foxy, all that comes to mind is just

Stove

does it follow really any convention of ship names? no

but do I like the idea of calling them stove? yes very much so

Thinking about what makes a ship name good. I've so far determined three categories of Good Ship Name:

The Clever Idea - includes ship names that are built on either names characteristics and combined in a novel way. Examples include Dyhard (TMAGP), Protocule (TMAGP), Tagteam (Tumblr x AO3), Abstragedy (TADC) and Mew4Mew (UTDR)

The Oooh Squishy - includes ship names that are made of names and just feel really good to say. They combine noises in a very pleasing way and also give of the general vibe of the ship. Examples include Sloopis (ISAT), Krerdly/Kerdly (UTDR) and Blellow (UTDR)

The Arthur Lester and His Three Boyfriends - includes ship names with very long and complicated but accurate titles. They're just plain fun. Examples include Arthur Lester and His Three Boyfriends (Malevolent)

Please feel free to add any other examples or categories, I want to hear what those in the industry think especially from other fandoms.
