once i mistyped children as 'childred' in the group chat and my friends immediately jumped on it as is usually the case whenever there's a typo, and immediately i knew exactly why i made this typo and that is because i've typed 'mordred' so many times that sometimes when i type words containing 'dre' my muscle memory takes over and thinks i'm typing his name

hyperfixation so bad it got me researching one of my most hated topics for the sake of writing one scene

#law/court stuff bores me to deathhhhhh i just zoned out whenever we learnt about it at school #but by god i'm going to write this scene one way or another #it's probably still mostly gonna be bullshit artistic license stuff #and an insult to anyone who has actually taken the time to study exactly how law works #but i want to at least have it vaguely based in real concepts #so research it is 💔#gaylight post #at least i have 'medieval fantasy setting' to fall back on ksdjfhsd #i am also doing a bit of research on medieval law #and blending that with modern law to make. something.#it ain't great but it's something 👍👍👍#whatever i've already established that historical accuracy is not my main concern with this fic #i just wanna put my silly guys in situations and make them suffer #realistically they wouldn't even be talking like teenagers from the 21st century but! i don't care 🫶#hwru #i guess #it's ages away like chapter 25 or something #and not really a huge spoiler #so i'm not too fussed about rambling about this now skjdfhsdhf
