Take long showers*
Wash your hands before meals*
Thoroughly clean an area of your home each day*
Use candles, incense, spray or air freshener to make each room smell lovely!
Start taking a multivitamin
Before buying new clothes, get rid of any that you don’t wear on a regular basis or are similar to each other. Donate them or do a clothing exchange!
Open your windows, let some fresh air in
Carry hand sanitizer or wipes with you
Drink herbal tea that helps boost your immune system
Take a self-care day, do what’s beneficial to your mental health
Listen to cheerful or calming music
Trim your hair
Donate blood if you are able to
Visit people you know when they’re in the hospital/help them out afterwards
Wear more whites and grays
Keep a journal of things you’re proud of, make you happy, small acts of kindness that you’ve witnessed, or future goals
Learn more about invisible illnesses (both mental and physical)
Treat yourself to a face mask, bath bomb, or other product that will make you feel wonderful!
Try to boost your water drinking habits
Wash everything on your bed
Do little things to show your friends you care and support them
