This seems to be some kind of outreach outpost made arround 2010. it is sparse enough that raising my draw distance to over three hundred metres does not decrease my framerate significantly, which is notable as my PC has ass performance and everything decreases my framerates. Some parts also seem to be left unfinished.

A billboard on their island links to their website which is still up and even seems to have been modernised recently. The latest copyright date on the footer is 2025.

These dolphins leap around unrealistically, and seem to clearly be models with offset origins being rotated.

The table here at the entrance to the pyramid bears a map of the region.

A sort of keynote area, and a "brainstorming observatory" with an underwater pod:
