Inktober day 31 - Hyperioid

Hyperioids! Also known as space cows! They’re passive space borne animals that you can encounter on the fringes of space. Don’t attack them though, they do have a fairly powerful weapon and they’re not afraid to use it.

And that’s it for Inktober! I was expecting this to go pretty abysmally, but I’m pleasantly surprised with how things ended up! Space ships were more fun to draw than I anticipated, and the appreciation and encouragement of the EVN Discord kept me going for the whole month. I think this is my favorite of all the Inktobers I’ve done thus far, there are a couple days I would redo if I could, but all in all I think the number is down from previous years!

This year did have one other casualty, though. Well, 3. I ran out 3 whole ink refills on my brush pen to make those splashes in the background :’D But they’re one of the things I like most about these drawings, so I’m glad I bought the extra ink and did them.

Here’s hoping next year will be even better!
