Last night

Ended up in the ER after hearing a commanding voice telling me to die as hard as I tried I couldn't dull out the noise on my own this time. They loaded me up with meds and we came up with a safety plan I need to call my therapist and thankfully the hospital has adjusted my meds being hypermanic and experiencing psychosis episodes is a trip

What they don't tell you about hypermanic is when your hypermanic and an addict that when you are the most impulsive and the drug cravings hits (hard) I'm on edge and I feel like I'm crawling out of my skin. Got a few hours of sleep. Abilify helps my schizoaffective disorder but makes me hypermanic may the odds be in my favor

Tried out a drug craving reducer hypnosis guided meditation video on YouTube today it actually made me feel better this AM along with my coffee I am experiencing hyper mania so trying to keep my bad decision making at bay. I'm gonna make something today art wise.

I deserve to be drug free and to live a happy fulfilled life I am so happy I am becoming the best version of me I am in control of my mind and emotions I am in control of my impulsives 🌻

This was an actual conversation I had yesterday (I had a doctors appointment)

Doctor: What are your extracurriculars? Me: *starts ranting about IB and managing basketball and tutoring and piano and how I want to run for SGA president next year* Doctor: Do you sleep at night? Because I think you're probably hypermanic.
