My mom just got home from a trip to Egypt and I got spoiled. I got several cat items, including one with my name (blacked out) and a trio of pyramids which includes a cat, Neferiti (flippin BOSS) and a scarab.

The domesticated cat symbolizes the goddess Bastet who is the goddess of the home, women’s secrets, cats, fertility and childbirth. I am happy to have these powerful female symbols on my desk while I’m working.
