I finally finished watching attack on titan for the first time cuz it was recommended and NOT requested so desperately.... I cried at Hange's death..
A caged bird in spring knows perfectly well that there is some way in which he should be able to serve. He is well aware that there is something to be done, but he is unable to do it. What is it? He cannot quite remember, but then he gets a vague inkling and he says to himself, 'The others are building their nests and hatching their young and bringing them up,' and then he bangs his head against the bars of the cage. But the cage does not give way and the bird is maddened by pain. 'What a ne'er-do-well,' says another bird passing by – what an idler. Yet the prisoner lives and does not die. There are no outward signs of what is going on inside of him, he is doing well, he is quite cheerful in the sunshine. But then the season of the great migration arrives: an attack of melancholy. He has everything he needs, say the children who tend him in his cage – but he looks out, at the heavy thundery sky, and in his heart of hearts he rebels against his fate. I am caged, I am caged and you say I need nothing, you idiots! I have everything I need indeed! Oh, please give me the freedom to be a bird like other birds. That kind of ne'er-do-well of a person resembles that kind of ne'er-do-well of a bird. And people are often unable to do anything, imprisoned as they are in I don't know what kind of terrible, terrible, oh, such terrible cage. I do know that there is a release, the belated release. A justly or unjustly ruined reputation, poverty, disastrous circumstances, misfortune, they all turn you into a prisoner. You cannot always tell what keeps you confined, what immures you, what seems to bury you, and yet you can feel those elusive bars, railings, walls. Is all this illusion, imagination? I don't think so. And then one asks: my God, will it be for long, will it be forever, will it be for eternity? Do you know what makes the prison disappear? Every deep, genuine affection. Being friends, being brothers, loving, that is what opens the prison, with supreme power, by some magic force. Without these one stays dead. But wherever affection is revived, there life revives. Moreover, the prison is sometimes called prejudice, misunderstanding, fatal ignorance of one thing or another, suspicion, false modesty.

I binged all 30 chapters and now feel empty and in need of hugging all those sweet beans. Also, Raunip needs more love and hugs. I officially love him.
For real though, Miss Americana just confirmed how much I love Taylor as a human being. Because she always shows us that’s what she is, she’s human. She has off days too and she’s been put through some really bad situations. As a result of that, she uses her platform for good and isn’t afraid of fighting for what she believes in. She doesn’t care about what other people think of her and she’s always true to herself
And that is one of many many many many reasons why I love her so much. So thank you @taylorswift for giving us a glimpse into your life and for always being yourself ❤️
Sarazanmai ep 11 saved my life
Trees 2017
So I passed out whilst typing this - what I'm assuming to be - incomprehensible hoo-ha. Thought I'd post it without reading it through anyway coz why not 🤷🏽♀️
Only discovered my adhd in 2019 and realised I'm autistic last year
There's a scary thought when you get involved with someone for the first time post-revelation: there are things that I will do or experience that are difficult to manage and, no, I cannot promise you they will get better- in fact, on the contrary, I can only guarantee that they will be recurring factors.
There was this real kind of... who am I to expect anyone to navigate me?? Who am I to own the claim to deserve that????
And I thought: well, I'm too difficult. I come with homework. Not infrequently am I overwhelmed and unable to adequately control my responses.
So, stepping into something new, I was eager to let it be known from the jump; hey, I'm different!
I'm still learning and still new things are uncovered
But to think I could be appreciated despite it all
Not even despite it-
To think that I am accepted and loved entirely
I resented being a person who came with homework - I carried immense guilt for it - felt that I wasn't worth much of anything and would only ever be a burden on whomever was foolhardy enough to give me a whirl
I never had to be homework. Never even had to ask. Yet willingly- loving, embracing.
Perhaps going in with the knowledge was what I needed.
But the love unparalleled for sure.
