#I'm grateful that I can still have foods like beef and shrimp and such#and carrots and bell peppers#it would've been hard to lose those#chewing on hard foods and ice is something of a sensory release#however#corn is in everything#corn flour#starch#oil#syrup#so that one is heavy mentally#because I have a lot of labels to check and can no longer have most fast food#dairy is heavy emotionally#most of my comfort foods#and my main drink since childhood#if it were just foods I had to deal with it might not be quite so hard#but it's not#I feel like crying...
