Do you have any special nicknames for Bill?

Is it awful that I don’t really? There were some childhood nicknames (like how I call Kath “Katrine”), but I don’t use them anymore. Bill is already only one syllable, and none of the other typical nicknames for William really fit. I don’t tend to abbreviate most people’s names, and calling him “B” has always been more Katrine’s thing—she called both of us by the first letters of our names for a while.
