Genuine question, what language does Sykkuno's content (?) name stem from?

Ive been searching the web for at least 10 minutes and the only language that will romanize it with a double k is japanese, translating to sy's, and sy is a chinese surname but a french first name. This said, sy does not exist within romanized japanese, and would be instead sai. Saikuno translates to workmanship. HOWEVER. Sykkunos wikipedia page says hes vietnamese and chinese. Neither spelling means anything in either language (note that i am not fluent in any of these languages and am using google translate and some help from fluent speakers). Im. So. Confused. (Not forced)
